The switch to a healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight, so in order to move forward, you need to keep a steady pace. This can be accomplished by setting reminders and planning ahead. It’s beneficial if you can cook your meals and schedule your workouts ahead of time, so healthy habits fit in with your busy life.
