Attractions & Events

Begin your Halloween experience at Disneyland on Main Street, USA. There, you'll find the site of the "Pumpkin Festival", where hundreds of pumpkins are on display and the 12-foot-high Mickey jack-o-lantern will greet you with its smile. How many pumpkins can you count?

Fireworks – For Halloween, Disneyland offers an amazing fireworks display that will light up the night sky. You're in for a real treat with their "Halloween Screams" Fireworks Spectacular though. The Pumpkin King, Jack Skellington hosts the show and lights up the sky with villains and other surprises!

Tomorrowland – Join Sully & Mike in Tomorrowland terrace for a screaming "Monsters U Dance Party." Grab your little ghouls and show off your lightning fast moves for an unforgettable dance party!

Frontierland – Head over to Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree in Frontierland for a fantastic Halloween carnival! There, you'll step inside for some Halloween magic, mesmerizing juggling acts, and out-of-this-world comedy all on the Jamboree stage. Guests can also participate in games, watch awesome pumpkin carving demonstrations and more!

Costume Party – You're all in invited to watch "Mickey's Costume Party" Cavalcade and the parade which starts at 10:30pm. Make sure to get a spot to see Mickey and his pals float down Main Street U.S.A.

Cadaver Dan's Ghoul Quartet – Tap along to the spooky tunes from the Cadaver Dan's Ghoul Quartet. Listen for them on your way to The Haunted Mansion. They will be floating on a raft along the Rivers of America.

Villains Square – We all love to hate Disney Villains. If you have a soft spot for the bad guys then get in line at Villains Square (Town Square), on Main Street, U.S.A for a photo opportunity with the Queen of Hearts and Cruella de Vil along with other famous Disney antagonists.

Space Mountain & The Haunted Mansion – Two top attractions at Disneyland which are undergoing a major face lift this time of year are Space Mountain's "Ghost Galaxy" and the Haunted Mansion Holiday, which will take you to another land for a cackling fun time!

Costumes

Everyone is encouraged to dress as their favorite Disney and non-Disney character. If you do dress as a Disney character, the park asks that you do not pose or sign autographs for other guests. Also, no pointed or sharp materials on a costume or offensive and violent costumes are allowed. In other word, be child-friendly! Where To Stay

Why not turn Mickey's Halloween Party into a staycation? There are three hotels to choose from at Disneyland Resort including Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, which each offer their own unique style and architecture as well as accommodations. Disney's Grand Californian is the only resort hotel located inside a theme park so if you are looking for quick access to the park then this beautiful property is for you. The other two hotels are within steps from both theme parks as well as Downtown Disney. Regardless of which one you choose, all three offer first class dining, facilities and service, so you really can't go wrong!
