Genji’s Mango Fresh Rolls forego sushi rice in favor of a deliciously light rice-paper that enrobes a sweet and sour pickled mango purée and crystal noodles complemented by a South-East Asian Sweet Chili Peanut sauce with an earthy spice pairing perfectly with the mango’s fresh sweetness.
