Garth Brooks Titles New Album 'Man Against Machine,' Reveals Cover Art

If you've attended a Garth Brooks concert in recent weeks and been curious about the prevalence of machines in his video introduction, speculate no more.

Brooks announced today that his upcoming new album will be titled Man Against Machine.

The album will be released Nov. 11 on Pearl/RCA Nashville and feature his current radio single "People Loving People." The cover art (see it on Radio.com) features the singer, arms crossed and sunglasses on, staring ahead.

"Music has always been a reflection of where mankind is at the time," Brooks said in a press release about the album. "For 14 years, I have watched heart and soul, dreams and individualism, fighting for their very existence in a world of increasing technology. This album is a reminder to all those who dream, work, and fight for what they believe; do not give up your vision."

Fans can pre-order the album at garthbrooks.com and at Brooks' new digital site GhostTunes.

Tickets for Brooks' four recently announced shows in Minneapolis went on sale today, too. And he surprised fans by adding six more shows, for a total of ten. The concerts take place Nov. 6-15 at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn. Our friends at BUZ'N 102.9 (a CBS Radio station) have ticket information.
