ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) - Halloween is still more than two weeks away, but the ghouls and goblins have already invaded Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington. The amusement park's annual Fright Fest has returned for another year of fear.
This season's attractions include a zombie apocalypse at a haunted clinic, along with all of the regular thrills and chills that come on the park rides every year. And, for those not yet old enough to be scared silly, there's a special section for kids to go trick-or-treating.
CBS 11 News meteorologist Jeff Ray took an early peek at what the theme park has to offer this year. Then, he got onto the Mr. Freeze roller coaster with some zombies for the ultimate chill. Check it out in the video below!
Fright Fest runs weekends at Six Flags Over Texas, now through November 2. Click here for more information, including ticket prices.
