Franny's 16-Pie March Madness Competition
In honor of March Madness, Franny's in Brooklyn will debut 16 all-new pizzas for an in-house competition on Monday, March 17th. One of the pizzas will be created by Franny herself, while the rest will be invented by Franny's kitchen staff.
Current contenders for the Championship Pizza are: Don't Blame the 'Scarole, The Beetza, TBT, The Radichulous, Hail Ceasar, Pickles and Pancetta, The First Date, CCCP, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Spring Awakening, Carrot Top, Da Baby (Kale), La Agrodolce Vita, The B.O.C, Capt. Beefheart, and P.O.P.O. Each pizza has been listed anonymously so as to rule out favoritism.
Based on sales, the menu will be reduced by half, until a victor is chosen on Friday, March 21st. The winning pizza will remain on Franny's menu through the end of March.
