Fork & The Cork Returns To The Poconos

The sixth annual Fork & The Cork food and wine festival returns to Mount Airy Casino Resort Sept. 29 in Mount Pocono, Pa.

Food and wine aficionados can sample food from the resort's restaurants, such as Red Steakhouse and Le Sorelle Cucina, and sip wine, beer, and spirits during the afternoon Fork & The Cork grand tasting. The resort also features a casino, a golf course, and five restaurants.

A new feature of Fork & The Cork this year is the addition of hot air balloon rides at the 188-room resort, which offer a panoramic view of the Pocono Mountains. Tickets for the grand tasting are $55 per person or $100 for a pair, and tickets for the hot air balloon rides are $15 per person.
