After much anticipation, Joanne Chang’s 2nd cookbook, flour, too is available now at any Flour Bakery location and for pre-orders!
This past Monday, May 20th, Joanne Chang, owner and head chef at Flour and Myers and Chang along with her husband and business partner, Christopher Myers, held a launch party for flour, too, her newest cookbook. This second edition features the recipes behind a whole new collection of the treats that Bostonians and others around the world have come to associate with her famous bakery and café. You can expect complete recipes behind some of her most delicious sandwiches(breakfast egg sandwich, ahem) as well as some newer items like her fried chicken. flour, too will focus on more of the savory options at the Bakery, but don’t worry, plenty of sweet treats will also be featured.
