This five diamond restaurant in one of Las Vegas’ most luxurious hotels, the Bellagio, is hosting a New Year’s Eve gala dinner for those hoping to get lucky in Sin City before the end of 2012. Japanese wagyu filet mignon, center of Alaskan King Crab, along with sautéed day boat scallops will be dished up by executive chef Julian Serrano. The $550 per person mealmay only be the beginning of a New Year’s Eve night out in Vegas. Hyde Nightclub will be surely toasting to its first year in business. Perhaps another Jonas Brother or A-list celebrity will make a triumphant return.
