Celebrate the summer solstice Italian-style, get fancy on the 4th, and drink fabulous Italian wines with a top notch winemaker

Oddero Poderi e Cantine

Taste the phenomenal wines of Oddero and meet the winemaker this week at Bibiana.

With temps now in the 90s, it’s safe to say D.C.’s summer heat waves can’t be far behind, but have no fear. There are plenty of places that offer respite and reviving food and drink. Be a well-informed local and make plans for July 4th that take you to a cool, luxurious hotel with one of the best views of the fireworks in the city; drink world-renowned wines from Piedmont, Italy with their equally renowned winemaker; and dine under the stars to mark the summer solstice. No matter which option you choose, the food, drink, and company will be simpatico across the district.
