Roy's Launches New Global Tasting Menu

Roy's Restaurants has launched a new Global Tasting Menu highlighting flavors from across the globe.

The first in a series of three-course menus includes Japanese inspired dishes.

The menu includes a choice of hamachi sashimi with grapefruit, ponzu gel and jalapeno powder or short rib and mushroom dim sum with caramelized onion soy sauce for the appetizer course.

Diners can choose between a large thick 14 ounce glazed pork chop with  wasabi mashed potatoes, bok choy and a star anise reduction or the seared salmon with mushrooms, edamame and a nori vinaigrette.

Desserts include a yuzu curd with coconut and mint granita.

Each Roy's Restaurant has a unique menu and infuses an "aloha" spirit in both the cuisine and atmosphere. In addition to the Global Tasting Menu, guests can enjoy a wide variety of seafood dishes including black cod, tiger prawns, scallops, butterfish, mahi mahi and swordfish as well as mixed plates with a sampling of seafood. Also available is short ribs, coconut black rice chicken breast, strip steak and filet mignon.

Roy's will also be offering an Easter Sunday brunch from 9 am to 3 pm and an Easter Sunday dinner from 3 to 9 pm.
