New York Central Launches New Boozy Brunch Weekend Menu

If you're looking for a true New York City brunching experience then New York Central Bar and Kitchen's newly launched boozy brunch is for you. Located within the Grand Hyatt New York, New York Central is conveniently adjacent to Grand Central Terminal. The spacious restaurant has an open kitchen, glitzy chandelier, fully stocked bar, and floor-to-ceiling windows. At a table overlooking the hustle and bustle of yellow taxis and busy sidewalks below, relax while starting your weekend right with cocktails and morning dishes.

The menu is full of options such as Nutella-stuffed French toast with bananas and strawberries; mac n' cheese carbonara with vegetables, bacon, aged Cheddar cheese sauce and a soft boiled egg; an egg white frittata with asparagus, artichoke, spinach, and smoked goat cheese; a Monte Cristo with prosciutto cotto, gruyère, and eggs; or a brunch burger with grass-fed beef, bacon, and Cheddar on a brioche with a fried egg. The lobster Benedict, served with a tarragon Hollandaise sauce, is another popular house special.

The extensive cocktail menu perfectly complements the brunch items. For those who like spice, go for the Bacon and Bleu Mary, a traditional bloody Mary garnished with bleu cheese olives and a slice of cured bacon; or get a michelada, that incorporates Mexican beer into the bloody Mary mix. Those who enjoy gin should order the Weekend Escape, a refreshing blend of gin, elderflower liqueur, mint, and cucumber; or try the French 75, a sparkling mix of Hendrick's gin, fresh lemon, and prosecco with a hint of agave. Or, for just $15, go crazy with bottomless mimosas!

The boozy brunch is now available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
