Mott 32 Opens At The Palazzo

Hong Kong's famous Mott 32 has opened its first U.S. restaurant at The Palazzo at Venetian Resort in Las Vegas.

The 11,715 square foot glamourous space fills the old Restaurant Charlie spot. The luxurious front bar and lounge area features a wooden floor, round comfy booths and elegant tables with beige and yellow accents. Inside, diners can choose to eat in initiate small circular booths, large red and orange booths or at tables in the main open dining room anchored by two large blue banquettes. Design accents include a vintage Vegas roulette wheel dining table and a large feather boa chandelier.

The menu features traditional Chinese dishes with modern twists. Highlights include apple wood roasted 42 days Peking Duck; barbeque Iberico pork with honey; stir fried Wagyu beef lettuce cups; several unique bird's nest dishes; whole and steamed filet of Coral Garoupa with ginger; wok fried lobster; whole crab with garlic and chili; grilled sea bass; braised whole Japanese dried abalone; clay pot king prawn with garlic; lobster fried rice; fish maw with chicken and a wide variety of vegetable side dishes.

Desserts include sweetened beancurd cream with mango soup; bird's nest soup and a mango and coconut rice roll.

Mott 32 also has an impressive list of signature cocktails including their It's Five O'Clock in Hong Kong with vodka, rose liqueur, lemon, orange sherbet and strawberry jam; Hong Kong Ice Tea with tequila, Lillet Blanc, blackcurrant and Jasmine Tea and The Forbidden Rose with vanilla infused pisco, passionfruit, lychee, chili and lemon.

The menu at Mott 32 is so extensive that you could enjoy a different unique dining experience after many visits. It's also a great spot to enjoy one of their many unique libations.
