LA's CUT Lounge Launches Two-Week Tiki Pop-Up

Until September 2, CUT Lounge at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel will let guests go on a tropical culinary journey without leaving the 90210.

The Wolfgang Puck restaurant is offering a full menu of tiki-inspired appetizers and cocktails.

traditional island libations such as Mai Tais, Zombies, Suffering Bastards, and Scorpion Bowls as well as new creations with Polynesian flare. The new custom blended drinks include the Puka O Kalani with Damoiseau Rhum Agricole, lime, passion fruit and Falernum; Garden of Eden with a tropical tea-infused vodka, lemon, and mint; Luffing the Sails with Royal Blenheim apricots, pineapple, Rhum Barbancourt, and lime; Scottish Shipwreck with Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, Balvenie Double Wood scotch and lemon bitters; Personal Floatation Device with Rhum JM V.S.O.P, calvados, guava, and Falernum; Pina Cool La Di Da with pineapple, coconut and, lime; and Peace on Earth with Lemon Hart Demerara 151 Rum, Myers dark rum pineapple, coconut, and orgeat.

Soak up those drinks with tiki appetizer platters like Himaa cooked Kulua pork; Huli Huli chicken oysters; Poisson Cru with hamachi inside a coconut; Kalbi short ribs; Maine lobster croquettes, and malasadas (guava and coconut donut holes). CUT Lounge will also serve a limited selection of its regular menu dishes, too, but opt to spend the last days of your summer on a tropical escape.

The short two-week promotion is a perfect way to savor the last weeks of summer.
