LA's Circa 55 in the Beverly Hilton Launches Serata Italiana Menu

A new chef brings a weekly taste of Italy to the iconic hotel

Italian-inspired dishes - like this cioppino - will take over the menu during Serata Italiana at the Beverly Hilton's Circa 55.

The Beverly Hilton’s Circa 55 restaurant has a brand-new executive chef, Alberico Nunziata, who is bringing authentic Roman dishes to the 90210 landmark resort in a weekly Serata Italiana dinner menu every Thursday.

Diners can choose to enjoy authentic Italian dishes alfresco on the cozy patio overlooking the pool or inside in a cozy booth.

The appetizers include tomato soup with burrata; fried calamari and shrimp in marinara sauce; tomatoes and burrata; homemade meatballs; and eggplant Parmigiana.

Pasta dishes include ricotta ravioli; sausage and mushroom fettuccine; lasagna Bolognese; spaghetti with clams; and black squid ink pasta with seafood.

Main dishes include a seafood soup with calamari, shrimp, mussels, and clams; grilled branzino with asparagus and tomatoes; roasted chicken with rosemary, romesco, spinach, and artichokes; New York steak with potatoes, onions, and chard; and a rack of lamb with rosemary and watercress salad.

The menu also features a variety of pizzas including tomato and cheese; vegetarian; salami and mushrooms; and a four-cheese option without tomato sauce.

Dessert standouts are the tiramisu and the cannoli.
