The King Of Fresh Seafood Fare, Luke's Lobster, Has Dropped Anchor On The Las Vegas Strip

Known for its fresh, buttery lobster heaped upon warm, freshly baked rolls, Luke's Lobster has opened a shack on the Vegas Strip. No, the small shop is not crammed into a Casino restaurant, but rather nestled next to Neiman Marcus on Las Vegas Blvd. This marks the Brooklyn-based lobster shack's 19th restaurant and its first in the Western United states.

Vice President Ben Conniff, Luke and Bryan Holden, along with friend Scott Bullard, and co-owner, Jeff Holden, have come together to finally bring Maine-quality lobster to the Vegas crowd. "We are vertically integrated with our sister company, Cape Seafood, which is a state-of-the-art, sustainable seafood company... there is no middle man, there's no extra handling that gives us total control over all quality and shipment." stated Luke Holden, co-owner. This partnership ensures that Luke's Lobster is able to successfully and directly work with its fisherman every day, towards the ultimate daily goal of finding the best live lobster, crabs, and shrimp as possible.

The only hard part of having a menu filled with fantastic seafood options is deciding on what order. We had to sample the signature Lobster Roll, of which the rich lobster meat — not drowning in mayonnaise or butter — was the star. An appropriately sized dollop of mayo, a dash of lemon butter, and the "secret seasoning" is all it takes to make this roll complete.

Whether you are in the mood for lobster, crab, or shrimp, each roll is guaranteed to be 100 percent pure, seafood goodness. And don't forget to grab a cup of the piping hot, creamy, and clam-laden New England clam chowder, which is also incredibly tasty. While Luke's Lobster has just started off on the West Coast, we expect this location to be the beginning of another success story this side of the Mississippi, thanks to its superb offerings from the Maine coastline.
