Glendale Bourbon Steak Debuts Lunch Menu

The Glendale outpost of Michael Mina's Bourbon Steak has launched a new lunch menu.  Known for their wide selection of steaks and bourbon flights, the new menu offers a wide variety of dishes as well as a prix fixe three course menu at $28.

Executive chef Kyle Johnson has created a great sampling of appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches and pastas.  Menu highlights include the duck spring rolls with ginger chili sauce, a trio of ceviche, tuna tartare with Asian pear and egg, beet and burrata salad, duck Bolognese, turkey kale Waldorf salad, chopped tuna nicoise salad, chilled crab soba noodles, a BBQ bacon cheeseburger, steak frites, and a California chicken sandwich.

The non-alcoholic cocktails, including a cranberry syrup lime tonic water and a kaffir lime and honey ginger beer, provide delicious libations for those having to return to work.

Desserts include a chocolate peanut butter mousse and a lemon olive oil cake.

The space is both contemporary and classic at the same time. Housed on the corner of Colorado Avenue and Brand Boulevard and anchoring one end of the Americana Mall, the atmosphere is airy and open with a modern dark wood interior, long spacious bar section, round tan leather booths, and an indoor/outdoor patio.

Lunch is served at Bourbon Steak from 11 am to 2:30 pm daily.
