Usually when you're browsing OpenTable, you'll look up reviews of a restaurant and then check to see if there's availability before making a reservation. But now with the new features on the OpenTable app, you can check out hot restaurants nearby in real time. The new discover tab allows users to scope out recently opened restaurants with high scores, nearby restaurants with the highest popularity scores, restaurants divided into occasion types, nearby restaurants with immediate availability, and dining spots with availability later that evening, as well as rotating editorial picks.
That's the Daily Meal's Daily Dish; thanks for watching. Stop by tomorrow for another helping.
