Join chef Jess Rice Sunday Sept. 11 for her five-course breakfast themed affair. Cocktails start at 6:30 p.m. and brinner will take place from 7:00 pm. – 9:00 p.m. All five courses are organic and vegan. Some will be raw and others will be cooked. Dose will have its beverage options available as well as other enjoyable cocktails like the appearance of this chef’s vegan bushwacker— alas!

This is only a catalyst to what is yet to come from this chef. Plans for her second raw restaurant, Morel, are currently underway. Makes sense, I know I have one poor tired liver and I know I’m not the only one. (Cue Sam Smith).
