The Best Eats of Atlanta’s Midtown Restaurant Week
Atlanta’s Midtown Restaurant Week is currently underway! This year, Midtown Restaurant Week will extend from Sept. 10 – 18 and will feature a range of pre-fixe dinner, lunch, and brunch menus from top Midtown restaurants including 5Church, Bar Margot, Cooks & Soldiers, Serpas, South City Kitchen, and many more including Bocado.
I had recently learned that Bocado is now offering its legendary burger for brunch, and the Restaurant Week menu allows you to try the burger plus an appetizer and dessert for almost the price of just the burger (a great deal!). Though not on the list of 101 top burgers in America (i.e. the most useful travel guide ever), this burger is seriously good.
The Bocado burger arrives on a stack of moderately crisp, majorly delicious fries. It is smothered in basic cheddar and topped with pickles and a sesame seed bun – so traditional (in a good way)! The burger itself is a double stack of juicy, exceptionally tender meat. Definitely one of the best in Atlanta.
If you choose the Restaurant Week menu, experiment with gelato flavors for dessert. Mint chocolate chip or blueberry lemon…or just a classic scoop of dark chocolate. They come in little jars and are almost too cute to eat.
With so many options for Midtown Restaurant week, don’t wait to book your reservation for this upcoming weekend!
