A Note on the Fridge
A note is written on the door to a refrigerator that reads, "No chicken, mochi's OK!"
A menu for the upcoming event hangs next to the sushi bar. In addition to sushi, they would also be serving fried chicken and guacamole. Guests that night had four of the restaurant's signature cocktails to choose from: a yuzu margarita, The Stanton (bourbon, campari, Carpano Antica, and bitters), a green tea martini, and their Gold Coast Punch (rum, pineapple juice, lime, and Chinese five-spice syrup).
