Auberge Du Soleil Delivers Romance In The Heart Of Wine Country

Nestled high in a Napa Valley mountain, The Restaurant at Auberge du Soleil has gorgeous views, exceptional food and an intimate romantic ambiance.

Diners can choose from the large but cozy main dining area with a fireplace, exposed wood beams and golden walls or al fresco seating on the romantic wood floored patio with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards below.

The menu offers a three ($120) and four ($140) course options. Menu highlights include a day boat scallop with grapefruit, snap peas and salsify; halibut with an onion crust, marble potatoes, morels, turnips and leeks; beef pavé with asparagus, potato and a Béarnaise sauce and potato gnocchi with wild mushrooms, pea shoots and parmesan.

Dessert highlights include rhubarb compote with white velvet cake; strawberries with ladyfingers and ricotta cheese; blueberries with a coconut sorbet and a Cremeux with cocoa genoise, caramel roasted cherries, Kirsch cream and vanilla bean ice milk.

Fromage lovers will enjoy the extensive cheese course offered for an additional $12.

The wine list is extensive and includes many local Napa and Sonoma bottles.
