Easy Green Bean Casserole

A holiday favorite tastes even better when you use savory Portobello mushroom soup. It adds fantastic flavor to this crunchy, creamy, and delicious side! This recipe comes from Campbell’s Kitchen.

  • 1 14.5-ounce carton Campbell’s Soups for Easy Cooking Savory Portobello Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Teaspoon soy sauce
  • Dash of ground black pepper
  • 4 Cups cooked cut green beans
  • 1 Cup fried onions, such as French's® French Fried Onions


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Stir the soup, soy sauce, black pepper, beans, and ⅔ cup of the onions in a 1½-quart casserole.

Bake until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling, 25 minutes. Stir the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining onions.

Bake until the onions are golden brown, 5 minutes.
