The sandwich has been a staple in your diet for as long as you can remember. As a kid your mom would make you a P.B & J, as a teenager you devoured countless B.L.T's, and then came your college days, when your sandwich habits consisted of scarfing down a bacon, egg and cheese every Sunday morning after drinking too much alcohol and shamefully sex-iling your roommate every Saturday night.

Now you're an adult (sort of) and the only sandwiches you eat these days are the ones that you can convince your girlfriend to make for you.

Instead of yelling at people to get you a sandwich, head over to the Blue Duck Sandwich Company. This brand new Northeast Philly eatery will be happy to serve you tasty sandwiches you'll love as an adult, plus some tasty re-imagined classics that will bring you back to your childhood (and it might even save your relationship).

First, meet your new grown up sandwich: the Blue Duck Sandwich. This scrumptious sammie consists of shredded duck confit, sauteed Swiss chard, roasted portabella mushrooms, blueberry barbecue sauce and is all delightfully placed in between a toasted onion roll. Seriously, it's so good that the first thing you say will probably be an adult word that rhymes with duck.

If you decide you don't want to be an adult anymore, relive your teenage years with an upgraded version of your old favey, the B.L.T. Yup; this simple sandwich has been reinvented to include three times the delicious, magical bacon, which actually makes it a B.B.B.L.T. Go ahead and sink your teeth into thick apple wood bacon, crispy smoked bacon, bacon mayo, crisp romaine lettuce and fresh tomato (is this making anyone else hungry?).

Care to keep skipping down memory lane? Order the Quack and Cheese (we believe the pun is intended) and recreate the childhood days. This kid's classic is loaded with your old school favorites like smoked Gouda and elbow macaroni (obvi) but also has new ingredients like shredded duck, roasted portabellas and duck fat roasted panko breadcrumbs that your new sophisticated adult taste buds will appreciate.

Don't worry, there's also a brunch menu in case you accidentally end reviving your old college days. If you do wander down that road again, be sure to order the Remedy. As the name suggests it has everything you need to heal your hangover including bacon, scrambled eggs, potato hash, Sriracha ketchup, and cheddar cheese all served on top of a tasty toasted bagel.

Seriously, give the Blue Duck Sandwich Company a try. You'll be duck'n glad you did.
