World Of Beer 'Drink It Intern' Position Invites Candidates To Travel, Explore Beer, And Get Paid

If you are a beer-lover and could describe the perfect summer job what would it be? Taster at a brewery? Brew hound in charge of beer events? How about working as a paid intern at the World of Beer and traveling around to promote beer?

Yes, this may sound too good to be true, but World of Beer is serious about fun and beer and it has created a new position called Drink It Intern, which is essentially the summer job of a lifetime. And if you live in the Washington metropolitan area, you're in luck because interviews begin at the World of Beer in Reston, Virginia, this Wednesday, March 2, 2016.

World of Beer Wants You!

What do you have to do to apply? First, you don't have to be in college; you just need to be over 21, must be social, must love beer, and must want to share the experience with other people. Content is king, whether you use Twitter, Instagram, your camera, or a video. The World of Beer is looking to fill three Drink It Intern spots and the right candidates could be budding photographers, social media nuts, traveling beer-lovers, or people who are master communicators.

It Doesn't Get Better Than This

If you are one of the three lucky people chosen, you will spend the summer traveling to breweries, talking to brew masters, and attending festivals to document the craft beer experience. Not only will you travel around America, but you will visit breweries overseas too. Just when you think this is the coolest gig ever, it gets better; really. The best part is three lucky stiffs will be chosen as interns and will be paid to do this "hard" work part-time, so there's no need to quit another regular full-time paying gig.
