Hard Rock Cafe Burgers Take Taste Buds on Global Adventure

Hard Rock Cafe locations in North America are celebrating the start of burger season with a menu showcasing international Local Legendary™ Burgers and thrilling cocktails with flavors reflective of their home countries.

It’s burger season and Hard Rock Cafe has new bodacious burgers for all to try. For the second year in a row, Hard Rock’s World Burger Tour has jet set across its North American locations featuring imaginative selections reminiscent of its various global locations in Athens, Mumbai, and of course its home – London. In honor of National Burger Month (May), the rock and roll haven has rocked out eight new grilled, Angus beef patties topped with authentic country-specific ingredients worthy of the most discerning taste buds. A few of the international Local Legendary™ Burgers include the English Breakfast Burger served with ham, a sausage patty, and fried egg accompanied by a side of beaked beans.

Traveling further across the globe to India, you will find this new Tandori chicken Burger, honoring the Mumbai location. This dark chicken delight is seasoned with aromatic spices and fresh herbs, topped with mint mayonnaise and cucumber planks. Be sure not to miss the Aloha Burger from – you guessed it- Hawaii. Island favorite, SPAM, is the basis of this tropical offering with a grilled pineapple ring with sweet soy glaze, guacamole and pico de gallo. Don’t worry, there’s more burgers to choose from such as the Greek (Athens, Greece), ATOMIC!, (Las Vegas, United States)  Tango Salsa (Buenos Aires, Argentina)Jamaican Jerk (Montego Bay, Jamaica) and Java Lava (Seattle, United States). With such a bounty of burgers picking a favorite can be a daunting task. Good thing the new arrivals will be showcased until June 30, 2016 to taste as you g roove to our favorite tunes. Worldwide Beverage Director for Hard Rock International, Cindy Busi, has fashioned tantalizing cocktails intended to highlight the reginal flavors of Hard Rock’s locations. A few of the top selections are the Crisp Sipper – a refreshing blend of Hendrick’s Gin, Monin Cucumber, raspberry and citrus flavors accented with a  touch of rosemary and thyme. The marriage between the earthy, herbal notes and the fruity flavors are beautifully tied together by gin and tonic water. If you subscribe to the spicy cocktail club, the Sweet and Firey is your new obsession. This peppery and sweet cocktail boasts ABSOLUT Pepper Vodka, Domain de Canton Ginger Liqueur, and ginger beer garnished with a whole red pepper. This is definitely pleasing to the eye and taste buds. Busi also considered the non-alcoholic crowd as the master mixologist created the Black Cherry Melonade – a fresh blend od Black Cherry Real, Monin Cucumber, lime and ginger beer.
