It's safe to say that no one has a sweet tooth for chocolate quite like The Daily Meal's Culinary Content Network member the Baking ChocolaTess. Kim, as she is known in the "real world," began blogging as an evening pastime to satisfy her craving for baking. Her blog features recipes both with and without chocolate, but her "torrid, wicked 'love affair'" with chocolate inspires most of her creations. From boozy cakes to fruity cobblers to, of course, the ultimate chocolate chip cookie, this baking whiz has come up with some of our favorite baked goods.

According to Kim, "My purpose on the blog is to share recipes of really awesome desserts, ranging from healthy, rich & decadent to semi-homemade to completely homemade from scratch. I love baking with Greek yogurt, almond milk, oatmeal and anything and everything that requires chocolate. Chocolate is my obsession!"
