Colorful Lights And A Tub With A View: ICH Los Angeles' Royal Suite Opens Its Doors
At JustLuxe, we know a thing or two about extravagant hotel suites, so when we hear there's a new one, we naturally want to take a look inside. The InterContinental Los Angeles at Beverly Hills just finished a complete redesign on their highest-end accommodation, the Royal Suite — so it's as good as new to us.
The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath suite sprawls out over 3,300 square feet with some swanky amenities. The dining area features an eight-foot-long LED fireplace and LED lighting that can change the mood with the flip of a switch from tranquil with royal blue to playful with bright fuchsia.
The butler's kitchen is outfitted with a full-size fridge, espresso machine, wine cooler and wet bar so guests can be equipped to easily cook breakfast for the family or throw a dinner party for friends. Leather armchairs, an LED fireplace and 55-inch flat screen make the library a cozy place to gather, as does the spacious living room with lots of seating, a 60-inch TV and more LED lighting capabilities.
One of the best places to relax though, has to be in the master bedroom's soaking tub. Big enough for two, guests can take in views of the city and the Hollywood Hills in the distance through the big sliding windows. The other bedroom connects to an office space that can be used for those on business trips, or made into an additional bedroom if traveling with kids, or just a lot of luggage.
While you can catch a glimpse of the famous Hollywood sign from inside the suite, the wraparound balcony makes for an even better vantage point. It's probably from here — with a cool beverage in hand and the sun setting into the mountains — when you'll feel like you've really arrived in the lap of luxury.
