In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, these Chicago establishments have special menus, events and fundraising activities throughout the month of October. Get out there and support a great cause!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and loop-located tavern Franklin Tap will bring awareness to the cause by partnering with The Lynn Sage Foundation's "In Good Taste" campaign. From October 1 though 31, Franklin Tap will feature an array of pumpkin craft brews on draft with a portion of the proceeds being donated to The Lynn Sage Foundation. Seasonal beers include Anderson Valley Fall Hornin'; Lakefront Pumpkin Lager; New Belgium Pumpkick; Dogfish Head Punkin Ale; and Southern Tier Pumpking ($6-$7).

Wine and dine for a good cause. The Lynn Sage Foundation, has partnered with over 150 Chicagoland restaurants to help raise money for In Good Taste: A Breast Cancer Research Initiative. Taco Joint in River North and Lincoln Park has created an "In Good Taste" taco and cocktail, available throughout the month of October. Specials include a Chicken Pibil Taco (Yucatan style pulled chicken, fried sweet plantain, whole black beans, roasted habanero, crispy pickled red onions) for $3 and a Cosmo-Noble cocktail (cranberry-lemongrass infused Casa Noble tequila blanco, orange liquor, lemon) for $10. During October, one dollar from every Chicken Pibil Taco and two dollars from every Cosmo-Noble cocktail will be donated to The Lynn Sage Foundation's "In Good Taste" campaign.
