A smoothie for breakfast is one of my favorite ways to start the day. They're easy to make, quick to drink, and packed with nutrients. For an added boost, there's a spoon of chia seeds in this recipe.
- 1 small banana, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1/4 Cup frozen blueberries
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 Cups whole milk
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
