For the sixth year in a row, the Center On Contemporary Art (CoCA) will present its site-specific art show using an urban forest as its background. Sixteen artists have been tasked with presenting unique eco-artwork throughout Carkeek Park's 200 acres. This year's theme challenges artists "to explore the connections and relationships that exist within all of nature, physical, mental and spiritual." This includes art in the form of performance, new media, sound art and more. The exhibit will include a walking tour as well.

Part science, part art and part weird, the Pacific Science Center will present one of its most unusual exhibits in the form of the world of Robert Ripley. Ripley was known for uncovering some of the world's strangest oddities. This exhibit will feature a collection of objects, artifacts and artwork and the stories behind them. Highlights include micro-sculptures that fit inside the eye of a needle, a portrait of Einstein created out of the underused medium of toast and a model of a Rolls Royce built entirely out of matchsticks.

"City Dwellers" will feature photographs and sculptures from contemporary Indian artists focusing on a wide range of subject matter including Bollywood movie stars, politicians, religious festivals, musicians and artists who have contributed to recent Indian culture. "Pop Departures" focuses on pop art from the 1950s to 2014, including works from Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Claes Oldenburg, John Chamberlain, James Rosenquist, Tom Wesselmann and Mel Ramos.

Formerly a member of the Big Tail Elephant Group and currently one of the "Xijing Men," Shaoxiong's art crosses the mediums of paint, photographs, collage and conceptual art. A highlight of this exhibit will be the showing of "Ink History," a three-minute video comprised of over 150 ink drawings of historic photos from major Chinese events from 1909 to 2009. "Mughal Painting: Power an Piety" will present artworks produced from 1526-1857 in India.

The entire building of the Henry Art Gallery, located at the University of Washington, will be transformed under the watchful eye of artist Ann Hamilton. This is the first time since 1997 that the museum has been offered to a single artist. Hamilton has helped transform other spaces over the years including the Hirshhorn Museum in Washington, D.C., The Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts in St. Louis and New York's Park Avenue Armory.
