Classic Berry Smoothie
Macadamia Nut Pancakes with Raspberry Syrup and White Chocolate Shavings
Cheyanne Holzworth-Bany of No Spoon Necessary makes a light, fluffy, and nutty macadamia nut pancake recipe and incorporates the berries into syrup. Instead of using plain maple syrup, make raspberry-flavored syrup using fresh raspberries (if in season).
Vanilla Berry Pops
Simi Jois of Turmeric N’ Spice is the winner of this week’s SWAT (Sharing With A Theme). From her berry base you’ll be able to make two berry centric recipes — a plain berry pop with candied ginger and a vanilla pop recipe with the addition of vanilla ice cream. The more berries the better!
