SALAD! Ok so I don’t know about you, but I could sure use a salad or two after the holidays! This BLT Salmon Caesar Salad is the perfect transition salad–it’s healthy and packed with vegetables and important nutrients like omega 3s and protein, but still filled with some goodies like shredded Parmesan and croutons.-Erin

Oh, and let me tell you a secret: this pizza is actually pretty healthy, so the trick’s on you! I used naan bread and topped it with cream cheese, vegetables and a fried EB egg–great for breakfast, lunch or dinner, really. -Erin
