Located in the Crest Hill suburb just outside of the city, Statesville Haunted Prison is open for the Halloween season. The premise revolves around a maximum security prison that has been abandoned by its guards, and visitors must walk through a maze of maximum security cells. However, the journey continues into the City of the Dead haunted area where visitors are confronted by past inmates who have risen from the dead. General admission tickets are generally $30, group tickets are available at a discounted price and VIP tickets range from $45 to $50. All ticket purchases include access to both Statesville Haunted Prison and City of the Dead.

All ticket purchases grant access to The Rising and the Dead End District portions of this two-for-one haunted house. Based on the myth that 13 is an unlucky number, The 13th Floor Haunted House shows visitors why you don't want to be on the 13th floor. Three different haunted house attractions are featured, with each attraction based on classic characters and films created by Rob Zombie. Although there isn't an age requirement, the show involves adult material that may not be appropriate for anyone under 13 years of age.

The premise of Heap's Haunted Corn Maze revolves around the mysterious disappearance of the previous owner of the lot, "The Shredder." While roaming through this outdoor haunted attraction, visitors are encouraged to keep their ears and eyes peeled while trying to get through the maze alive.

Over 100 characters are used in this 40,000-square-foot building, meant to create the setting of an actual city of living dead residents. The pathway encompasses everything from train tunnels to an asylum, with the newest attraction for 2014 being the abandoned school for girls "Our Lady of the Cursed." The ticket price for Fear City entrance is $25, Our Lady of the Cursed is $20 and a combination ticket is $35.
