Best Fall Sports Leagues For Kids In Atlanta

A tired child is a good child! Make sure your kids are full of fresh air and exercise by signing them up for one of these action-packed sports leagues this fall. Both inside and outside the perimeter, there are indoor and outdoor leagues for basketball, football, soccer, baseball, golf and lacrosse. Did you know that 2010 statistics show that, on average, children now spend more than seven and a half hours per day in front of a screen? Also, 28 percent of Americans, aged six and over, are classified as inactive. Starting your children early in life with a good exercise regimen will set them up for a lifetime of activity, reducing their chances of obesity, diabetes and ill health, not to mention the positive effects on leadership skills, teamwork and mental health benefits. Get them signed up for one of the great fall sports leagues listed here and have them burning off their energy right into 2015.
