Best CrossFit Gyms In Minnesota

Personal fitness is on the rise with more than 10,000 CrossFit affiliates across the U.S. and more than 70 in the state of Minnesota. Once enrolled, you participate in the designated high-intensity "workout of the day" (or WOD) at an affiliated gym, or "box." The hour-long class typically starts with a warm-up, then a short skill development session, some individual or group stretching and then the WOD. Don't worry about being left behind because training regimens provide scalable workouts for every skill level.

Fitness is big in the Duluth/Hermantown area with three CrossFit gyms established in the last couple of years. Aerial offers classes six days per week and advertises two weight and power lift coaches and seven other first level coaches. Another downtown gym, IST CrossFit, is running classes six days per week with three coaches. The two gyms have endeavored to collaborate on fitness events.

Progression is one of three gyms in Rochester, but offers the community a capacious 9,500-square-foot gym run by seven full-time coaches for a full schedule five days and evenings per week.
