What Goes Around Comes Around
159 S La Brea Ave
Los Angeles, CA 90036
(323) 933-0250
www.whatgoesaroundnyc.com
Originally from New York City, this store prides itself on being the "world's premier destination for authentic vintage & luxury goods." And, for good reason. As the West Coast sister to the Soho New York City equivalent, What Goes Around Comes Around offers a terrific selection of curated vintage ware and accessories including anything from Chanel bags and jewelry from Hermes to 1970's vintage dresses. This clearly isn't your typical low grade vintage store either. With sky high prices on most items which are all carefully curated to be in the store, WGACA is a store you must check out if you're a fan of vintage clothing. They even offer an art deco section as well as vintage records, accessories, books, and poster artwork from rock venues and bands of the '60s and '70s.
Jet Rag
825 N La Brea Ave
Los Angeles, CA 90046
(323) 939-0528
www.facebook.com/JetRagClothing
Unlike What Goes Around Comes Around (above), Jet Rag is one store where you wont feel as if everything is recklessly overpriced. In fact, almost everything you see, from 1960's evening dresses to 80's leather men's pants is under $30 and in great condition. And, if you show up on Sunday's at 9am, you can take advantage of some ultimate bargains, as the parking lot turns into sale where any item you find is just $1.
