Ingredients
  • 1 ounce hidalgo manzanilla sherry
  • 1/2 ounce old overholt rye
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce orgeat
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • 1/2 ounce orange flower water
  • 3/4 ounce cappeletti
  • parasol (optional)
  • shaved marcona almonds (optional)
  • orange zest (optional)
Directions
  1. In a shaker with ice combine 1 ounce Hidalgo manzanilla sherry, 1/2 ounce Old Overholt rye, 1/2 ounce lemon juice, 1/4 ounce orgeat, 3 dashes orange bitters, 1/2 ounce orange flower water and 3/4 ounce Cappeletti.
  2. Build ingredients in Julep tin and fill with crushed ice, mounding at top.
  3. Garnish with parasol, shaved Marcona almonds, and orange zest (optional)
