Experience
Throughout her 10-year digital marketing career, Carly developed and wrote content in the food and beverage industry for clients like Nestle, DiGiorno, and Anheuser-Busch. For these companies, she perfected and contributed brand manifestos, internal communications, social media copy, influencer campaign creative, and more. Carly has freelanced for a variety of food and travel websites over the years and officially shifted from digital marketing to the culinary industry in 2023, when she began working full-time in food sourcing & operations at a cooking school in Santa Monica. Currently, she is also using her culinary expertise to develop content for FoodRepublic.
Education
Carly studied at Pepperdine University and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's in Telecommunications in 2011. She also completed a culinary program in Florence, Italy, at Schola Academy in 2023.
