A.O.C. Wine Bar And Restaurant Unveils Summer 'Flights And Bites' Series
You can now travel around the world from your restaurant seat through A.O.C Wine Bar and Restaurant's "Flights and Bites" series. Chef Suzanne Goin and sommelier Caroline Styne have extended their Monday-night series through July. The menu invites diners to partake in wine from Provence, taste the flavors of the Australian outback, or simply be reminded of home with all-American classics. The series offers a choice of two wine flights as well as three small plates for each destination.
The series was created to explore cultural and social diversity through the restaurant's menu, and to bring the small-plate menu trend to A.O.C. The dinners will be held Mondays from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. through the month of August , but verify the schedule when making reservations.
If you can't vacation this summer, trying out cuisines from around the world is a great substitute.
