Andrea’s is the newest culinary addition to Encore Resort. The restaurant combines high-end eating with the party scene of Encore Beach Club and Surrender nightclub.
Named after owner Steve Wynn’s wife, the 6,194 square foot restaurant features a large galley style lounge and bar, huge open dining area, intimate rounded private dining enclaves and a terrace overlooking Surrender nightclub.
The seductive space features a smoking eyed mural over the bar, beige and tan tones throughout and sleek teardrop chandeliers. The exhibition kitchen delivers contemporary Asian cuisine. Small plates include Waygu sliders, rock shrimp tempura and truffled edamame. Extensive dim sum, rice, noodle and raw bar dishes are also available, as well as saikyo miso black cod, five spice garlic lobster, filet mignon and a large sushi and sashimi menu. Similar to every restaurant at Wynn and Encore, Andrea’s also offers a vegetarian and vegan menu. The potted triple chocolate trifle is a perfect way to end the meal.
