Amy Adams Portrays Simple Luxury As The Face Of Lacoste's Newest Fragrance
"Crisp modernity and pared-back elegance underscored by sensuality is the Lacoste woman's fashion mantra, and this applies equally to her choice of fragrance," says Felipe Oliveira Baptista, Creative Director for Lacoste. Apparently the perfect Lacoste woman has been found in Academy Award Nominee Amy Adams. This September the actress was announced as the face of their new fragrance for women, Eau de Lacoste Pour Femme. "Amy has a natural grace and modernity that both women and men admire," says Antoine Delgrange, Global Marketing Director P&G Prestige. "She captures the mood of Lacoste in a truly engaging way."
Eau de Lacoste Pour Femme is layered with top notes of white pineapple, mandarin and bergamot with a heart of orange flower and jasmine sambac. At the base of the scent lies sandalwood and vanilla enveloped with vetyver and peru balsam. The result is a clean and feminine perfume worthy of the Lacoste name. "I'm so excited to be the face of Lacoste's newest fragrance for women," said Adams. "Lacoste has long been established as an iconic brand and I'm honored to be a part of their latest campaign." In the photographs, Adams is shot in a bare, fresh face, embodying the natural beauty that is representative of the Lacoste woman and fragrance. Both Adams and Lacoste hope to evoke the feeling of simple luxury through the campaign.
