Abu Dhabi's Newest Gourmet Getaway

Luxury hotel franchise Anantara has opened its newest upscale Eastern Mangroves Hotel and Spa in Abu Dhabi. Located on a stretch of natural mangroves, the resort hosts an array of gourmet restaurants, rooftop bars, and cocktail lounges.

Pachaylen gives diners craving the authentic flavors of Thailand the chance to feast on curries and spicy meat salads like larb, while Ingredients provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner service that offers up a live sushi bar and local delicacies, such as freshly baked Arabic bread.

Mangroves Lounge and The Pool Deck treat diners to signature cocktails and views of the nearby swimming pool and lagoon. At night, guests can enjoy drinks at Impressions, a rooftop bar with plush sofas and a selection of wines, cigars, and cheese. The lighting scheme at Impressions also periodically changes colors to reflect the atmosphere and mood of the evening.

Other features of the hotel include a state-of-the-art gym, an on-site juice bar, and an Infinity pool. During their stay, guests are invited to schedule activities, such as horseback riding, golfing, kite surfing, diving, and kayaking.
