Hard-boil eggs without boiling them. For mass production of hard-boiled eggs, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Place eggs in the cups of a muffin tin to keep them from rolling around and bake for 30 minutes.
Peel a hard-boiled egg without peeling. When you’re done baking (or boiling) eggs, you will need to peel them. Crack and then peel off the top and bottom of the egg and then, blow. Check out the video here.
Poach an egg in the microwave. Poached eggs are no longer tricky. Cook the eggs in a small cup filled with water in the microwave for perfect poaching.
Sunny-side up from the microwave. Yep, you can really do it. Grease a preheated plate with some butter and crack an egg on top. Season with some salt and pepper, and then microwave until cooked, about 45 seconds.
Scramble eggs in a mug. Add salt, pepper, vegetables, and some cheese for breakfast in a mug. It doesn’t get easier than this, people.
