The Noguchi Museum's Free First Friday event happens tonight starting at 5 p.m. Enjoy free admission, public tours, and a cash bar before catching the screening of EAMES: The Architect and The Painter at 6 p.m. Directed by Jason Cohn and Bill Jersey, this film peers into the lives of Charles and Ray Eames (as told by James Franco). Through archival material and interviews, viewers learn about their collaboration, their marriage, and the "renaissance studio" they created in a gritty warehouse in Venice, CA.
