At this shindig you can get a signed copy of Under the Table: A Dorothy Parker Cocktail Guide and a special cocktail together. There will be specials, samples of the spirits they distill at the Brooklyn operation, and you can even read your favorite Parker poem out loud. The fun begins at 6 p.m.

Armed with just two flashlights, Nelson Lugo, Emma McMullin, Aaron Wolfe, and Erin Barker will hit the stage to share ghostly stories about the paranormal. Warning: you might walk away with a few less fingernails. But hey, that's nothing a manicure can't cure. Event begins at 7 p.m. and admission is $8.
