Straighten your bowtie and dust off your dancing shoes because the first-ever Bicyclists' Ball is being held tonight at Roulette. Come dressed in your biking best and take advantage of the unlimited beer and wine at the bar. There will be live music from Ikebe Shakedown, a silent auction, and, of course, a party packed with passionate people fighting for new networks of bike lanes and safer streets across the city. The party begins at 7 p.m.

Starting at 5:30 p.m., you can try The Total60, an interval training workout to improve aerobic and anaerobic capacities by improving the strength of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. At 6:15 p.m., try a 40-minute boot camp class, which is packed with cardio and strength exercises using just your body.
