Some customers have left negative feedback about the Buc-ee's in Robertsdale, Alabama, saying it wasn't a good place to visit because of crowding problems, such as difficulty walking around inside and trouble leaving the parking lot․ For passengers who just want to make a short stop, this Buc-ee's may be too crowded.

One Tripadvisor reviewer reported that the parking lot at this Buc-ee's location is "poorly laid out," with "free-for-all" conditions․ Another reported that this location was overrated and they "felt the employees [are] not as friendly as projected." Another echoed the sentiment, saying, "[The] employees have some of the worst customer service."  Visitors interested in souvenir shopping and eating at Buc-ee's may want to be aware of the potential for less-than-friendly service.
