10 Fattest Countries

Here's a scary set of statistics: Almost 7 percent of children under 5 are overweight, more than 10 percent of the adult population are obese, and to drop one pound of body fat you need to burn 3,500 calories. Apparently, that's like nine hours on the elliptical.

According to Actos Injury Lawyers, Nauru has the highest percentage of overweight individuals, followed by the Federated States of Micronesia, Cook Islands, Tonga, Niue, Samoa, Palau, and Kuwait. The United States comes in ninth, where one in three adult women is obese. Please compare to Japan's rate of one-in-20 and freak out.
