Wolfgang Puck Express At LAX Gets A Facelift
The Wolfgang Puck Express outlet in the Los Angeles International Airport has been transformed from a low-key, take-away eatery into an upscale dine-in restaurant. The once fast-casual establishment in LAX's terminal 7 will now provide guests with full service, sit-down dining. The new Wolfgang Puck Express started serving sit-down guests in July, but the grand opening is set for September 13, according to Eater.
While the restaurant with dark wood and soft lighting and a fully stocked bar will still have an express counter and a self-order kiosk for travelers on the go, the restaurant now offers added selections like roasted salmon with fennel, tomatoes, arugula, potatoes, and horseradish cream.
The reinvented menu includes wood oven pizzas, sandwiches, pastas, and the chef's classic dishes like bacon wrapped meatloaf with mashed potatoes and crispy onion rings.
